First thing is looking up: Mod Mistakes threads. This should get you informed and keep you away from tiny cams, ported Throttle Bodies, Descreened or aftermarket MAFs, handheld tuners, and so many more.
I would say buy a used SLP or other brand lid, Longtubes, Y pipe, and catback. Deals can be had in the LS parts for sale section. Then a cam and tune. You will be pretty damn happy after that. Or skip the cam and go Nitrous and tune.
Have fun, read the threads, learn the abbreviations and acronyms and enjoy your car!

i say exhaust...you dont even necessarily need headers if you get a good catback and some high flow cats...unless you want the more noise and power...these cars can sound pretty damn good without swapping headers...oh and ditch the steering wheel wrap IMO :Nod:

Got the WS9 hood with heat extractors, and its functional ram air hood with the air box and everything.
Got a short shift and its weighted and feels really nice shifting
Got the tinting as well.
