Starting two LS swaps

Starting two LS swaps
Hey all, new to this forum.
I have 7 cars, and 3 pickups, but of interest is my '84 Trans Am WS6 getting a 5.3L LM7, and my '84 Fiero getting an LS4.
The TransAm will get a 4L60E, which I already have, and the 5.3 is getting machined to 5.7L, so I will be looking for a good used set of crank/rods/pistons from anyone doing a stroker to an LS1 or LS6.
I should note I currently have 2 LM7s in my posession, one runable, the other is apart.
The Fiero swap started last summer, on a fiero forum, and I've already purchased a new six speed manual transaxle for it. This will be completed as an LS6, except maybe the cam. Maybe even that, too. So for that also I'll be looking for a good used set of crank/rods/pistons from anyone doing a stroker to an LS6.
I just yesterday made a deal with a guy for a pair of '00 Z28 exhaust manifolds, intake manifold, A.I.R. system and E.G.R. system, these parts should arrive next week.
My good LM7 came from LKQCorp. as an '01 long block plis intake, fuel rails, injectors and TB. Oh yeah, and coils. Then I bought the matching computer.
I've got a Z28 LS1 4L60E takeout wiring harness lined up.
Seems I'll also need an oilpan.
Now, the touchy part. Heads. I'm gonna hafta find one pair of unmolested LS1 heads. I have 2 pairs of 5.3 heads that maybe one or two of you would like to send to TEA, but they're not an option for me.
I spent an hour on the phone with the referree discussing what he will require to certify my swaps as legal.
So, I've already looked around here a bit, I'm extremely impressed, and I thank everyone for sharing all the knowledge and information they have.
Peace!

I'm getting the impression that some of you are getting some awfully serious cams through various states' emissions testing. I assume this has something to do with the computers having come so far since 1981, and something to do with the efficient combustion chambers.
