List of mods!

Slp lid
Pacesetter headers/catless y/stock catback
Cut the muffler off, like 3 inch before it goes into the muffler
Rattle can the wheels, dark gray or black.
replace rear tires with widest sticky tires you can find

This should get you going.. then when you get bored... go to Internal ls1 section for heads and cam.

Good luck!

Lol thanks gsxr. I just bought a lid about 10 minutes ago, and I'm lookin at getting headers from a friend, then grabbin an offroad Y. Then a magnaflow, so hopefully I can get full exhaust done for about 700 bucks.

A cutout in the I pipe might be better, that way he can open it for more power when he wants to and not be obnoxiously loud all the time

I just did this to my daily about 3 days ago, and it's definitely sounds ALOT better, and got a little quicker. Lots more fun to drive now. Gstam, I also recommend doing this, and when doing it - you'll probably have to cut it off in several sections since snaking the pipes from underneath the car can be a little tricky if you don't cut it in the right spot.

It's actually not terribly loud, and not raspy really at all. Only really loud when you step on it.

like said earlier, just put a cutout on when crusing, showing off.. and close it for daily commute.

i just liked cutting off the muffler to save some weight and plus i dont think tail pipes on camaros look good so i dont want a catback.
