whats up guys, just wanted to introduce myself, as Ill probably be spending some time here and didnt want to just be a lurker. cars a 97 Z28 that I bought from a friend. He never really did much to it as far as maintenance and never had the money to fix it when problems arose. I did some work to it here and there and finally just bought it cheap when he couldnt pass smog, as I always wanted a 4th gen.

Anyway, initial plans are to put a 98+ front end and SS parts, I like both but prefer the newer look. car also rides really low and it will be getting raised a bit, ive been to the muffler shop twice now for brackets, the inner fenders have taken a beating and most is gone, and LA has speed bumps everywhere. Also wouldnt mind replacing the oily 160k LT1 with an LS engine, im sure this is the best place for that kinda info on making the swap.

yeah thanks, I picked up some SS wheels yesterday, cant wait to get this project going. Can you guys see my sig pic? i uploaded one but I cant see it here

haha, i saw it in a parking lot and had to take a pic with it. and now its the only picture i had of the car. i guess its just another sausage in the sausage fest right
