Came to the Light! White 99 Camaro SS
Hey guys my name is Greg, and I am from Baton Rouge, La. I have owned tons of mustangs and this is my first ls1 vehicle. The new ride is a white 99 Camaro SS with 99k on the clock. It has a hotcam, ls6 heads, pacesetter headers, 2800 stall, lid, and a few other things. I can't wait to really get to drive the car. Since I bought it we have had heavy rain every day so I haven't been playing much. I am loving it so far, and I am super excited about owning my first Camaro. Does anyone have a good fix for leaky t-tops. If so where is a good place to purchase the parts needed to fix it? Thanks in advance for the help I will receive. I do my own mechanic work so I know I will be receiving some help from good people.

Nice to hear your having fun with your new ride. South East Louisiana is quite wet, and driving around with a leaky t-top is like chineese water torcher.
I had a vette years ago with leaked like crazy. I vowed when I sold that car that I'd never get t-tops again. My '01 Z-28 has a solid roof. It rains just as much in New Orleans as it does in Baton Rouge.

don't let it leave your sight until you put some type of tracking device on it. It seems like every other month or 2 around 5 f-bodies come up missing at a time. check out the southern section, a lot of people post up "be on the look out for" threads including one for my car. besides that have fun and enjoy it, the weather should be better for you now.
