New GTO from NE Ohio
Hello everyone. My name is Rick and I have an '05 Midnight Blue GTO.
Pretty stock, just a few little things right now.
My only hobby is cars, so I thats where all my earnings go. I have had close to probably 50 cars over the past 8-10 years, and my background of vehicles is pretty diverse. 3 MINIs, '69 Six Pack Roadrunner, '67 GTO, 4 Fieros, a few aircooled VW's, a couple 'Vettes, FWD Turbododges, a caged Civic hatch, '73 Mach 1, mint '77 Impala...I could go on, but I wont, lol. I dont have a brand loyalty, I just buy what I like.
So now I am here. I looked at an '04 Yellow Jacket automatic GTO a few years ago, but bough a Miata instead.
I miss having a muscle car around, and i'm really looking forward to some drag racing again.

Welcome.
Your 05 looks sharp!
haha, you have had a little bit of everything, huh? about the only thing i dont see listed there is a rotary powered car. There are alot of great cars out there, I agree. Alot of people find it easy to overlook the GTO, generally their opinion changes when they ride in / drive one though.
Its good to have diverse automotive experience, it helps you enjoy what you have more.
