new memeber from kentucky help please hey guy i am a new guy and dont know much about the fourm and i would like to sell some stuff on here and it keeps telling me.

You need to have reached a minimum of 50 posts before you can post in the classifieds. Head over to the Newbie section and read the forum rules and guidelines anywhere you're wanting to post. It generally will answer any questions you may have.
