New Member From North Carolina Doing An LS Conversion In A Chevelle
Hi, I presently doing a frame-off restoration of a '68 Chevelle.
I'm doing a resto-mod/pro-touring type of restoration with completely updated suspension, drivetrain, front and rear disc brakes, and a customized interior, and I'll be installing an LS engine in it.
I'm done with the tearing apart, cleaning and painting of the frame and underside of the car and am currently assembling and rebuilding the car with new parts.
I'm finished with my front and rear suspension (Global West, UMI and Hotchkis), and have installed a 12 bolt posi rear end with all new parts...Eaton posi, Timken bearings, and Yukon performance axles, and I've installed disc brakes on all four corners.
My next project with the car is installing an LS engine.
