howdy, new here, doing research for LSx swap into 350Z
Hi all,
I am currently sitting with a busted bottom end on my Nissan Motor and arguing with my self whether to build a really high compression E85 motor or swap an LSx into the shell. I'm fairly certain the swap is was i want to do.
This is my track car. I never fit in a class so I rarely bother trying to fit in a class, I generally end up running in SPO/U with a massively underwhelming 280WHP. Hence the desire for a swap.
I'm not that really up to speed on the LSx motor, and was hoping that someone could point me towards a good place to stat my research. basically I think 350-400whp will be MOAR than sufficient. I'm curious to the difference between LS1-LS2-LS3. Since this is a swap, mounts, headers, and drive shaft are all custom (or kit) but curious to intakes, cams, oil pans (whether dry sump is needed for road course) etc...
Thank you so much in advance for your time and energy
Bryan
