8.1 vortec Hi my name is Ronny does anyone have any info on installiong a 8.1 vortec with a allyson transmission in a 1955 chevy belair and does anyone have some input on the motor. I just purchased the car and i have a friend that has a motor tranny computer and all wiring harness for 1500 dollars,and how hard is it to hook up the computer.I plan on rewiring wih a EZ wiring kit but i have never done anything with this new computer wiring on these newer cars.
