Default Noob from South FL
Hello everyone, I'm from Miami Florida. I'm new to Pontiac's and V8's in general. I recently sold my 95 Chevy S10 4.3L Vortec. It was causing me a headache. I have a friend that has a 2002 Formula, he's the one that tempted me into buying one. So i recently purchased a 98 Pontiac Formula, got it for around 5K. So far I'm in love with this car

Welcome man. Car looks really clean. I'm from Miami too, and in fact we have a Miami thread in the regional forums. How many miles does it have?

Thanks man.
I bought the car stock with the Borla catback. I just finished putting a whisper lid. Other than that, no other mods.

Yea my friend was telling me the same thing. I was trying to find out how many of these were made in hard-top and in this color. Any ideas as to where i can find that information??

Thanks man. Yea I'm planning on doing a couple mods, just did the whisper lid. I'll see if i get the ported throttle body next week. After that is gonna be headers and exhaust.

yes! I've seen the build number on this site, just google ls1 build numbers and you'd be surprised what comes up. this came up on top:

I'm from Miami too man. I go to school at USF though so I'm not around much anymore. I am in town today and tomorrow though. I live in Kendall so if you come around here you might see me. I got a black Formula. Yours looks good man.

It says that only 1,900 Formulas were made in 1998. Out of thos 1,900 i would like to know how many came hardtop and in that color. Did a google search but no luck
