Recently traded for a 2001 Trans Am, checking for the build sheet, RPO Codes and window sticker. It appears it might have the WS6 package, but not sure. It has the Ram Air hood, 6 speed tranny with Hurst shifter, 17 inch wheels along with the 350. Any help in finding this info would be appreciated.
Had owned two GTO's a 1966 and 1969, both bought new, 389/335 and 400/350 with Hurst 4 speeds. Great cars, looking forward to showing my Trans Am Convertible. Pictures to follow, have to decrease pixel size to meet download standards.
Happy to join LS1Tech and exchanging ideas and information.

Welcome. I also just recently traded into the ls1 world. I swapped my 69 Bird drag car rolling for the 99 WS6 TA. It's definitely a learning curve coming from the world of traditional Pontiac power I'm used to. Previous to the Bird, I had a 69 Goat cloned to a Judge in Hugger Orange. Full interior street car. Went 9.70's.
