Default New to Ls1 Tech
Hey everyone, My name is Chris Davis, I am from Amarillo, Tx and am currently working on swapping a turbo 5.3l into my 91 Nissan 300zx. We are about 60% complete with the swap, still looking for a few odds and ends to get it done, but hopefully we will have it done in a couple of months.

Pulled out a fully modded VG30dett, and sold that junk as fast as I could lol

Exactly!! I had the car for 4 years and only drove it for about 6 months..until I opened my eyes to the world of Chevy. I did so much to that motor, and dont get me wrong it was pretty quick, but to have to pull the motor completely out for the smallest of things was pain in the ...

Tons.....I wanted to maximize the space I was working with, which is kinda hard because of the way the front suspension is set up in the bay...kinda like a TA.. so we cut the firewall out and pushed the motor back about 3" and set it down in there a lot lower. I gave me needed space at the radiator to run my custom rad and electric fan.

Thanks, The only thing Im worried about is the size of my cam and stall...not to driver friendly
