Howdy!
I'm from Atlanta. I just got a new project 71 Firebird that I will be giving the Trans Am treatment.
My plans are:

LQ4
Twin Turbos
T56M

I already bought the LQ4 and I'm a pretty good mechanic.

This might sound stupid (I'm new to all the new technology) but I am looking for around 1000 rwhp and as tame idle as possible. Decent fuel economy would be a plus too. Am I shooting for the moon?

The car will be mainly show and go. Bragging rights.

Does anybody have any parts lists for the engine/turbo sizing/tips that might help me with this goal?
