identifying turbo 400
I just purchased a 64 Nova with a Turbo 400 that shifts very quick in first after whining out, leaks and was worked on before with helicoils not set properly. I want to replace it but am finding alot of different ones out there. How do I determine between the Chevy and BOP patterns, and also there are short tail and long tail. Mine measures about 33" from front of bell housing to rear at U-Joint. Please Help. Michael;
