purchasing a car out of state. Looking to get myself into a 4 wheeled toy. Been looking at a car in PA. I live in NY. i have a truck and trailer to bring it back so i won't need a transit tag. Being a private sale and trailering the car back, do i still need to meet at a notary? I've been searching the hell out of this and almost all of the results have to deal with the car being driven back. Thanks for any/all help. Not sure where else to post this.
