Default NC chevy II fo-do LR4 swap

Finally got me a baby LS to play with, 1st one I've had.
Yes I know many will say a 4.8 is a waste of money but I like the idea of it for many reasons so its in the works.

It's going in a more door '66 chevy II and already kinda thinking about another one for the typhoon. We'll see how this one does 1st I guess.

4.8 is not a WASTE of money. anyone who says that is just ignorant.
but i would go for a 5.3 if i had a choice between 4.8 and 5.3. but you can get a 4.8 and buy a 5.3 rebuild kit and convert. just pistons and connecting rods on some.
both can make and hold all the power you can think of with some boost behind them.
i have a lq9 with th400 in my studebaker.

my 67 nova with a 4.8 is driven daily, actually about to go drive it out to some friends 65 wedding anniversary shortly and it is raining, not that any of that matters, except it ran 9.55 at 148.. lol
anyone that says small cu in motors are a waist is showing how ignorant they really are..
