89 350 TBI > carburated. HELP please
I bought a 1989 350 chevy that is tbi. I want to make it carburated but ive heard that yiu cant just use any intake manifold. I want it to be carburated becuase it is going in my 1966 k20 truck and it just goes with the truck. (Its like asking the question ike why put a honda motor in a corvette. You just dont use anything but corvette parts for a corvette, besides it would be unAmerican to do such a thing.) I guess what im asking, is there certain manifold i can use? I want to use a 4bbl carb, and the motor will be getting some internal upgrades as i go. The truck is my first restorstion project, and i want it to be an awesome truck. If anyone can help that will be awesome. Thanks

no problem just buy aftermarket intake for 87 & up motor. then you will need to buy an electric fuel pump because block casting wont let you run a rod for mechanical pump. Why 87 up intake is bolt holes are straight up not angled like 86 & older.
