Just signed up and hoping to learn a little about the ls motor (or engine, if you prefer, as that seems to be some people's pet peeve, lol), but I'm a redneck, so...it's a motor to me.
As the title says, I'm from Ky. Grayson, Ky to be exact.
I'm 45 years old, and growing up,my dad owned a junkyard, so I pretty much had no choice - I've been a car guy all my life.
Turned a lotta wrenches over the years and had some pretty cool cars, if I do say so myself. My favorite car is a Chevelle, and I've had at least one of every year from 66-72.Some being junkyard cars that were never finished, but I'd sure like to have them back today!
I currently have a 79 Malibu, definitely my favorite of what I consider "newer" cars. I've also had several of these, and currently I'm looking to put an ls in this one.
I'm a simple guy.That's pretty much it about me, lol.
