new to ls's, doing lq4 swap im new to the ls world. i have a lt1 trans am but never owned an ls vehicle. i have slowly been gathering the parts to do a lq4 swap into an xj cherokee. i have the engine and the cherokee. i plan on using a 4l80e trans and t-case from a 2500 truck. im a pretty decent welder/fabricator so mounts and such wont be a big issue. my biggest question is how to do the wiring harness? should i get the harness and computer from the parts truck and modify it? or have someone build me a plug and play harness? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!
