Default vale springs

i am sure this topic is getting old, but bear with me as this is my first ls build. i have an lm7 5.3 in witch i have a set of 243 heads off of a ls4 5.3 for my head up grade, the cam i am choosing is an lq9 cam, but their lies my question what would be a good valve spring upgrade to keep the valves from floating in the rpm band above 4500rpms

He has a nice line of milder cams if your going to put new springs on anyway. Theres an article where they used a stage 2 or 3 and picked up 50RWHP off of it.
