Default ms4 in 5.3? rip ls1

So i was about to do a heads cam on my ls1. And BOOM the block cracked so now im left with all the parts of my build
Ms4 cam
Ported 243 heads
Tsp valve spring kit
Slp double rolling timing chain
Ported ls6 oil pump
Chromoly push rods
Ls7 lifters
Ls9 head gaskets
Arp head bolts
100 shot nitrous express plate kit

My question here is will the ms4 work on a 5.3? Will i have ptv contact. The reason why i ask is because i have a 5.3 sitting in my garage that i had purchased for another project 106xxx miles on engine.

Any help or advice will be appreciated just want to know if its possible or if anyone has put a ms4 on a 5.3 and work. Thanks alot

That's a humongous cam for a 5.3. And you will most likely have PTV issues unless you fly-cut the pistons.

Machine the block to a 6.0 and get pistons with valve reliefs. Have a 430+ HP/TQ and a little more piece of mind running nitrous with pistons with the correct rings

You shouldn't have any ptv clearance issues with that cam provided the heads haven't been milled. The ONLY time we would ever recommend that cam in a 5.3 is if it's a race only set up, a light weight car, and your spraying a huge shot off the line. The Beater Bomb mustang made that combo popular but people don't realize he was spraying upwards of 300hp off the line in a very light weight car. Can you run it? Yes. Would I recommend it? No. Personally I would sell off the cam and get one better suited to your new combination
