im building up my 5.3 for my silverado. here is my plan so far and looking for some feedback on it.
FAST LSXRT 102mm intake
102mm TB
39lbs injectors
MSD blaster coils
TEXAS Speed 224/228 cam 113 LSA
Texas speed 227cc heads
COMP Cams 1605-8: COMP Cams Pro Magnum Roller Rocker Arms

this is what i have looked at so far. it'll get a new oil pump and timing set. Im new to the LS platform so if im going to far let me know

I'm new to this LS world myself, going very conservative with a LS1 in a 64 Impala. With what I have read, you are gonna make some serious horsepower with those parts!

If it's an automatic transmission, then it will need a higher stall torque converter as well to keep it from bogging down low and so it won't push through braking.

Stock rockers with trunion upgrade will work just fine for your build, if you wanted to save some cash on rockers.

I 2nd if you have stock coils, use them.

Hello there. Nice build planned for the truck. The MSD coils are completely unnecessary, stock coils are more than enough for what you'll need. Same for the rocker arms. Stock LS rocker arms are actually quite strong and very lightweight, it's just not ideal to use them on a higher lift cam (around .630+ lift). A LOT of people use stock LS rocker arms with the trunion upgrade. Which can be found for $119 at Brian Tooley Racing.

I would agree with all the above suggestion +1....If it were me I wouldn't spend the $1,000+ on the intake and TB (not the best HP/$$ gain IMHO). Put that money on a BA nitrous kit
