Single Turbo LM7 300ZX Hey guys I'm looking to start a build for my 1990 300zx. It's a manual NA vg30de with 84k. I'm looking to build a single Turbo lm7 (5.3). I have a few ideas but am open to any other suggestions
Build List
5.3 LM7 truck engine
243 or 317 heads with dual valve springs (whatever is the cheapest)
Ls6 cam(for now until I get a ljms or btr cam)
Ls9 headgaskets
On3 76mm turbo
Custom Truck Manifolds
Ebay intercooler
Loj or G force trans adapter (keeping my z32 5 speed trans they are good for about 600 hp same trans as gtr)
Etc.
I'm currently looking for a cheap LM7 at the moment that isn't a complete rust bucket and has been taken care of. Preferably any year under 05 so I don't have to deal with dod or any other newer generation cap yes I know it has better internals but I can easily swap those over into a earlier model lm7. I'm located in Los Angeles
