Hi I am Smitty and I am at the end of my first LS Swap. I installed a 6.0 in my 59 Chevy Apache with a 4L60E Transmission. Along with that I swapped the original frame to a 83 SWB Chevy pickup frame to capture the front disk brakes. Complete paint and body, new wood in the bed, all new interior, power windows, A/C, and to top it off I installed a retro/modern stereo system that has all the bell and whistles to boot. My exhaust and alignment will be completed today so I am almost there.


I have a couple odds and ends left to complete so I am here to try and gather some ideas to complete my build.


I am looking forward to sharing and learning from others that have taken this journey.
