Never thought I'd own an LS
What's up guys so last year around October I started a new job an hour from my home and needed a new daily, not a 12 mpg F250!! I wanted power, rwd, and manual! Being a ford guy I really wanted a mustang but I can't stand foxs or the 99-04 body style either. Then after thanksgiving I was looking and found a 2000 Trans Am LS1 M6 car with only 100k on the clock. I couldnt pass up the deal and with 300hp 6 speed and decent mpg 25-26 average I couldn't ask for better! My bird is of course is silver based off my username! First forum and new to all of this so thanks. Oh and the Names Jeff and I'm 21. I'm really good with classic cars but don't know much about this newwer computer stuff. Thanks and have a nice day/night!

Welcome aboard, you're going to love it here.
Don't be scared of the computers in modern engines. Coming from a bike background, it's far easier doing wiring or simple computer crap with 8 cylinders, than it is to completely strip down and balance four carbs with ITBs on a four...
