Default Hello

Hello, my name is Bill Regan and I own a 2002 LS1 Trans AM and a 2008 LS3 Corvette. I previously owned a 1998 LS1 Camaro and a 1969 Restromod Camaro with a LS1 engine. I have a question concerning my 2002 Trans AM. The car has a WS6 hood and ram air induction and the sway bars appear to be heavy duty; however the build code has a WS9 code, but not a WS6 code. I believe the car may be a WS6 clone, but I am curious as to the meaning of the WS9 build code. I would appreciate any response on the WS9 code.
Thank you,
Bill Regam

Hello,

No need for a second thread on this, the answer and complete discussion is already contained in the first thread you posted on this same exact topic:

Short answer: The car is definitely a clone if the SPID (with matching VIN) doesn't have the WS6 code.
