Hello My name is Tommy My 96 Trans am has been sitting for over 12 years I have 2 Daughters plus now College for them. My car hass 100,000 miles on her Ive been replacing the timing cover seals ,water pump and crank seals I put the cam seal in the freezer for 20 minutes installed it dry no problem, wtaer pump seal 20 mins freezer plus used the tool to install no problem I forgot to do the freezer thing with the crank and bent it enough to make me order a new one. All the seals installed dry I will put lube on the rubber part of the crank seal for start up. I spoke with Rob from shbox awesome person who suggested.

Thanks for the welcome. I remember the days when I bought a 72 Chevelle from my neighbor for 500 and my buddy was trying to sell his 71 Cuda for 800.00. I love the old Hot Rods I have a 96 Trans am which is awesome but not ridiculasly expensive. Accept repairs lol. I always think of the day you could buy a 70 Hemi Cuda Convertible for 5,000 Im a huge Car guy and love going to Car shows and races. I wish I never got rid of my 70 Charger 440 I built it all myself rrrhh
