Default New guy...94 lt1 in a 41 chevy pickup

hey all,

Chris from Palm Harbor, Florida here. I've got a 94 (estimated) LT1 in my old 41 chevy pickup. i was gonna dump the motor for a newer LS motor when i got it but that damn LT1 ran so good i kept it.

So after fixing the ridiculous steering issue ....a steering column way too long plus a bunch of heim steering joints (it was all over the road!! LOL) ,,,,i removed the stock exhaust manifolds and ran a steering shaft straight to the box),,,,unfortunately the tight fit meant i had to weld up some custom headers..... so its back together....but now its idling way too high....its got to be some kind of sensor issue in my mind..and ideas or thoughts???
