My appologies to the forum... I must send out my heartfelt apologizes to the forum, it's moderators and the infinite list of knowledgeable and helpful members.
I started a thread in which I had no idea how poorly I had presented my delivery and had made my problems a problem for others involved which created angst among the members here and conflict ensued.
More education and and more information from myself is the issue here and I didn't do my proper due diligence before posting and with that I ask for a fresh and better start on my part and I will do my best not to infuriate members and create conflict with the long time members here.I will get informed PRIOR to starting a poorly delivered thread on a topic that has likely been covered multiple times already.
