Hi! I'm from Wichita, and I've got an '01 Trans Am WS6. It was a great car for some years, but it fell into disuse around 2015 or so, and I'm sad to say it's been neglected since then. I've recently decided to look into what it's going to take to put rubber to road again. I've never attempted any kind of a rebuild before, and my mechanical experience is limited to basic replacement of normal wear and tear parts, but I love this car, and I am eager to learn what I need to do to make this happen. I'll be reading all I can find, and I may post questions on occasion. I was hopeful to find a local club or something, but the only club I can find disbanded years ago, so if you're in my area and you know of any kind of clubs or groups around here I might be able to seek out for guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.
