Hello everyone this is my first post. my name is DOMINICK i live in NYS I purchased a 1999 Pontiac trans am WITH LOW MILEAGE I am installing headers with true dual exhaust i need an idea on a camshaft but i do not want to change heads or converter .weekend toy for me just want feel it when i step on it. ANY suggestions? Thank you DOMINICK

Welcome! I would do gears 3.42 or 3.73. As far as a cam Texas speed makes some good street cams. Not sure what heads you have but 243s or even 706s are a great upgrade. A converter I wouldn't go any higher then 3k-3200 on the street. Circle D and Yank are some good ones. I would also look into a LS6 intake and a lid box. You can also do the free mods.
