New guy from Indy Hello everyone. I'm Mike and have lived (most of) my whole life in Indianapolis, Indiana. I make my living working on race cars, but my passion is working on my old junk at home. I am new to this forum, but not new to cars! I have been building and restoring cars my whole life and am starting to explore my first LS swap. I have a 1970 Pontiac Catalina that still has the original drivetrain in it. I am looking at an LS3/4l70e swap. Fabrication and mechanical skills are not an issue. I am more concerned about wiring/mapping/diagnostics. I hope to learn what I need to here to help get the job done!

Hi from Indianapolis as well Hi Mogara, I just joined the forums too, and am also looking to LS swap into an older car (well 1979). If you post your findings, that will be great. I do know that I've found several electronics options for both the LS engine, and the 4l70e trans (I'm thinking I'll do something similar).
