Default I'm new on here

Hey everyone. I'm new on this if you can't tell by now.
I own a 2000 Camaro SS, Pewter, 6 spd, T-tops, leather
fully loaded. It has 20K miles on it. I have done a good
amount of mods to it. I bought it July 3rd and love the car.
I know the car pretty well, but I always have questions
about certain things. If you know your stuff real well, let
me know if you wouldn't mind a question here and there
every now and then. It's nice to be on here and meeting
different people.

Thank you!! Good to know!
I have a lot of the bolt on stuff. SLP long tube Headers, high flow cats, y-pipe, loudmouth cat back, SF connectors, MAF sensor, 80mm bbk tb, msd wires, diablo tuner, hurst short throw, hotchkis rear lower control arms, intake, intake bellow, ss grille, 160 degree thermo. I'm probably forgetting a couple other things. I have many other plans for it. I need a clutch. Debating on what one to get. I want to do some internals. Would like to do the rockers when I take it off the road soon but realized that you have to set valve lash, which I heard is a nightmare to do. I plan on getting the intake manifold for sure. Would like to get the LSX, but it is soooo expensive. Is it really that much better than the LS6 manifold?

WOW! That's a big difference. How hard is it to eliminate the EGR? Do you know?

You will more than likely see those kind of gains on a head and cam setup, or on a motor with more cubes. The LSX is expensive and only worth it if you are trying to get every single bit of power out of your setup. The LS2 manifold will hopefully cheaper even though we will have to modify it to fit. I want to see more dyno numbers from that.

Would I have to set valve lash if I replace the rockers? I'm pretty sure I do, but I just want to make sure.
