new hello I am a 20 year old college student that waits tables..... broke most of the time but i have that "need for speed" so i figured i'd get a LS1 for their bang for the buck and ability to mod. i had my 98 red m6 SS for about 2 weeks when the mod bug bit LOL i didnt even have a plate on teh back bumper yet. anyway, now its got your bolt ons, Lt's into an ORY, into loudmout, with a 224/224 581/581 112 XER cam, and a wet 125shot. anyone run this combo on here? looking for a 1/4 guesstimate on my 1/4 since there are no track within 2-3 hrs from my house other than an 1/8. pleasure to join and be part of your community --Nick
Well I think that combo of mods would be UUUMMMM FAST!!!! Welcome to the site. Might what to post 1/4 time ? in Drag racing or New LS1 owners section you will probably get a better response.

With those mods and doing a 125 shot and if you have DR and you have a tune for the cam and exhaust I would venture a guess in the high 10's for the track.
But, check out the site. You will find others with similiar or same mods.

With those mods and some traction you should be looking at mid to low 11s.(mid to low 7s 1/8)
The only problem you will have will be the stock Ten bolt and if you are still running a stock clutch you will need to upgrade that as well.
You will need slicks and a hard launch to achieve those times as well!

thanks for all the reply's. i was guessing somewhere in the 11.5-10.8 range with traction according to what i have been reading in gm hitech (there was actually a car with my same cam and bolt ons they ran 11.6@114 NA on 555drs). my weakest spot is definatelty the rear end. its stock but the clutch is not. its a SPEC 3. i dont post much but i do read a lot so hopefully i'll get to know a few of you better. thanks for the feedback--Nick
