new to ls1 tech Been the owner of a 98' ws6 trans am for almost 2 years now, had the car apart last year and installed a cam .566 .568 lift 112 lobe seperation and double roller timing chain hooker headers off road y-pipe exhaust and all new bearings. the TA is once again apart recieving a set of stage 2 heads, slp oil pump, holley intake shaft mount rockers and mabye a meziere water pump. dont care how long it takes as i have only put about 3k miles on it in 2 years this car is my baby but i still cant wait till it's done.

thanks, good to be here guys. Got a question for you mabye someone can help me with. i was installing a slp oil pump on my T/A and I managed to over tighten the pump to block bolts and they just kept spinning and when i pulled one of the bolts out it had aluminum from the block on the threads. will re-tapping the holes work or will i have to heli coil to holes..anyone have any experience with this???....

thanks guys, hey b-man where did you get the panel between the taillights painted???... looks nice my t/a is white as well i was just thinking about having the red bird replaced with a white decal but the whole thing painted white i have never seen..
