Hey, welcome to the site.

I live in Helsinki (Finland), own a 95 LT1 TA, and a 73 440 Charger. I moved back here in November of 2005 after spending the past 13 years in Florida.

I actually got back from Stockholm last Thursday, pretty nice place (havent been there for the past 14 years)... Planning on going to the American Car Show in Sweden I hear so much about that is coming up.

Same thing here with parts, nowhere to get anything if you happen to break down on the road (which is keeping me from visiting Germany with the TA, and theres only one reason that any of us would goto Germany with our TAs)... I have everything I need sent to friends and have them send it to me.

Which show did You mean? Power Big Meet? That show is GREAT! one weekend of thousands of beautiful american cars both old and new.

I hope to get to Nurburgring this fall when I'm finished modding it.

Im not sure which show it is for sure, Ive heard about it for years and was talking to a friend about it today... He said it is in July, it is supposedly the biggest American car show in Scandinavia. Wish I could take the Charger but that wont be ready, so I plan on taking the TA.

Ahh, thats definitely Power Big Meet (in Västerås) and that's actually Europe's biggest car meet with (last year) over 200 000 visitors. There are always alot of Finnish Mopars on the meet. You really should go there if You get the chance, It's awesome!

Sounds awesome... I dont know if my father will bring his 65 Valiant V200 Convertible (with a 273), but lets see.

Im gonna see if theres a site for it and look at the event more.

The Trans Am club of Sweden site looks pretty good, some nice cars there. We have F-Body club of Finland here, but I still prefer LS1tech.

We have quite a few drag racing tracks but most of them are limited to 1/8 mi. They are good but not as good as your drag tracks. We do have really good auto-x tracks though and a promising one being constructed http://www.gotlandring.com (press the british flag in the top right corner)

yes, "Finnkampen" (the name's taken from a yearly track & field contest between Sweden and Finland). The details aren't done yet but I'm really looking forward to it.

And by the way... I live about 60 mi from where Kenny Bräck was born and raised. (same province: Värmland) The West-most part of Sweden when going from Stockholm to Oslo (Norway).
