We Can't Wait! Hey everyone,
Just joined and we are anxious owners of a 1997 formula. Although we purchased the bird last year with only 14,000 miles, we have yet to have the car at home to cruise around in. We've had it at several shops over the past year getting various things install and customized. The original owner was crazy about Smokey and the Bandit and put a 78 hood on it with the big hood bird along with graphics "Bandit II" on the sides. Otherwise it was mainly stock. It's presently at a custom body shop being painted. They've finished the overall body color (pearl white) and are now working on some custom graphics. I've added a couple of shots of our car at the body shop with the latest lines they have laid out. They plan to ghost the lines in silver, charcoal and gold. Let us know what ya think. Thanks!

Welcome. Sounds like a sweet car, as far as the hood....I assume you' re referring to the "shaker" hood? That' s pretty cool and unique. I' ve never seen anyone who actually bought one, but do remember pictures released by the manufacturer. As soon as it' s finished, we need pics!
