Default New person here

I figure that I will introduce myself here as I am about ready to make my first post...
I am in the process of putting a 5.3 into my 1975 Chevy Vega. I am using a TH350 trans and a carbureted intake. I am not afraid of EFI,(been an ASE Master certefied Auto tech for 13 years!) just don't want to deal with it right now, looking to make a 12 second bracket car and wanted the simplicity of a carburetor, for now...........

I will post some pics as they come, but I do not have any as of yet.........

Again, thanks for haveing the forum avaliable and look forwards to conversation in the future!!!
