My wife and I love San Marcos and have been seriously considering moving there in a couple of years..We like that its not too big and is just a jump away from San Antonio/Austin.

Been looking at SA,San Marcos,Kyle areas...How do you like San Marcos?Gimme the good and the bad...We know its definately a "College" town obviously which we don't have a problem with (wife's going to be a teacher
