New From Illinois My name is Jeff and i'm from the Chicago suburbs. I'm not new to the site as i have been a reader for a month now. I am 17 so i can't really afford any ls1 right now but thought i'd chime in for now.

Not too far from me at all...... I hit Mt. Prospect lots of Saturday nights for a local car show there (place called Photo's).

Well it seems i am pretty close to a lot of you guys. I go to Photo's a lot as it is about 5 minutes from my house, maybe i'll have to come on a saturday night. There is also a car show on Saturday nights on the corner of Elmhurst(83) and Northwest Highway and there is one on Friday nights on Kirchoff road in Rolling Meadows which I am at when i don't have any work.

Well to answer spanky ls1's question i currently drive a 2002 honda civic ex. I got it from my dad when he got a new car, so i got it for $2000 from him. it currently has only 53000 miles and it's a good daily driver. After i put some money away from school i'm going to start saving gor a trans-am.
