New guy from TN Been checking out the site for a while now and thought I would finally join. I've got a 99 trans am with a few simple mods (mti lid, smooth bellow, slp cai, cut-out, bmr stb). Those will have to do for a while with a baby on the way in less than 3 weeks!

I've only been to brainerd once and that was about 5 or 6 years ago. I don't even remember where it's at, four and a half years at UTK

todd4168 I see you have the same supercharger setup I have an you made bout 20 more hp than me. Is that due more to the fact you have an 02 vs my 98 or that you have a 2.75 to my 2.95 pulley? How much boost does that pulley make on your car? I only get max 6.5 psi out of mine.

Brainerd just started a new thing called street drags. Its on tuesday nights from 6:30 till 10:30. Anyone can come and run what you brung. Its $10 a person to get in and you run as many times as you want. Its pretty much street/grudge racin. They shut the lights and the times off and you dont get a slip. You can go from a roll or stop. Alll they do is line you up even and then flag you off. The only thing that shows is a win light. Friday nights are test n tune. and Saturday nights are bracket racing or the oultaw races.I used to only go on friday nights but I go on tuesdays now cause the grudge racin is fun and people talk alot more sh*t. There are a bunch of guys in the Chattanooga area on streetcarforums.com. They talk alot of sh*t on there and they usually have info on alot of the stuff in the area. I'll be at brainerd tonight if anyone wants to come out and play but I'll have to squeeze you in if you wanna run me. I got a bunch of people wantin to run me tonight. Its definately worth the $10 to get in.
