12s are pretty easy in stock trim
My 02 M6 fully loaded with t-tops has the following:
Corsa Cat Back
Lid
K&N Filter
Drag Radials
1.9 60'
19.94 1/4
Our other vehicle does a 1.9 60' also,
but it only hits a 14.3 in the 1/4. Something about pushing a 5,800 pound vehicle with a 5.3 and an automatic.

Wow, nice 60ft time for a 19 sec LS1, trick is to keep on the gas!!! I wish I could run 19's in mine!!!!!

I have a friend with a 02 WS6 who ran 12.8 with kooks headers, SLP catback and lid, dyno tune, and a set of drag radials. coincidently he has a spec stage 3+ clutch now as the old one fell apart with drag radials at 22k miles. but his PB of 12.8 was on the stock clutch. He tells me that if you cant get a LS1 f-body in the 12s than youre doing something horribly wrong... unless of course you live in the rockies Good luck with the car. Its hard to find the money and time to work on a car with school

If you dump the clutch at 4000 rpm, you're gonna be doing a burnout on street radials. It depends on your suspension, track prep, tires, clutch work, etc... but the best I've gotten in my brother's 328 RWHP 01 ws6 with a lid/magnaflow catback/!rear seats was a 12.958 @ 109.02 mph on a 1.990 60' with Goodyear GSD3s. I would rev it up to about 2200 rpm and slip the clutch.
