ya i love the modern cars, but man to think of a 79 with a LS7, even an LS1, that is badass, and i certainly like to be different.
Ya definitly, first thing i would do is check out the sponser section of the forum https://ls1tech.com/forums/sponsor-sales-specials-44/
The sponsers always have decent deals going on, especially right now. personally i am a big fan of texas speed, they have three stages of H/C packages ranging from 1500-1650, which would leave plenty of room for some long tubes and their true dual exhaust or whatever you want. if your not in a hurry i definitly recommend taking your time and researching it the best you can. might also think about a 100 shot of nitrous, best bang for your buck, and you really wouldnt have to do much to the motor.
