New 00' SS What would be good mods.. That arent very expensive?

Welcome! If you want loud for cheap buy a cut out, or just get the SLP Loudmouth Cat back! 
As far as cheap goes a 78mm FAST Intake is not cheap but my friend who has a 99 TA just put one on before the track closed last year and say a 3 mph raise and .2 drop in his ET with just the intake. Enjoy your car man!

cheap is a lid and a cut out. you can get bad *** deals in the for sale section. if you want loud, get the loud mouth from slp. if you plan on doing future mods to the exhaust later down the road (headers, ORY) i would look at a different cat back. good luck, and show us some pics.
dont go with slp lm. everyone makes this newbie mistake and regrets it in the long run. dont get a flowmaster either. just get yourself a cutout, lid and ls6 intake. oh, and welcome to the site!
+1 on what everybody already told u.. but if u want loud go loudmouth. my magnaflow is nowhere near the sound of the loudmouth. but im doing longtubes soon.. so we shall see.. good luck on yur car bro.
