New guy from Missouri

Finally decided to make my first post and say hello. I live in Farmington, MO which is about an hour south of Saint Louis. I joined a few months ago but I've just been reading through a lot of the old threads and keeping up with the new ones too. There is a lot of extremely useful information on here and I look forward to putting it all to some good use once I get a Trans Am WS6 which is what I'm looking for, but probably won't be able to buy one until May or June this year.

Just thought I would add that I grew up around muscle cars. My first car was a 78 Monte Carlo that I bought when I was 15 (I'm almost 25 now) and actually just sold about a year ago. It had a 355/TH350 I also had a 68 Camaro 350/TH400 that hauled ***. As much as I loved it, I had to sell. I never lost the love for american muscle but I did buy an import. The day I sold the Camaro I bought a 98 Hyundai Tiburon which I still have and will be selling for the TA. When I bought it, it was an auto and I swapped in a 5 speed which helped tremendously but the front wheel drive 4 cylinder just isn't cutting it anymore. I need that rear wheel drive, V8 power again.

damnit, you beat me to it. also register on fastlouis.com and stl-speed.com if you are feelin really ballsy. good luck finding your ws6, just dont get bent over on the price.
