hello

Just stopping in saying hi. I have been visiting the site for a month or so now and finally registered so i could post on forums. . I am just getting back into the car world( sold all my stuff while in college and then got married) I have a 71 chevelle i just bought and been contemplating doing an LS1 swap on. I am reading any article i can on swaps and researching to find out what all is needed. AND looking for a donor car or ls1/4l60... loving the site so far.. so much to read while at work.

Welcome! There are a lot of salvaged LS1s available from wrecked cars, usually low miles and they often come with transmission, wiring harness and computers. Good luck...
