Welcome and nice choice. Get us some pics of your LT1, sounds clean. This site has tons of info on every area and alot of helpful guys. I would say longtubes,full exhaust, CAI, and a decent tire, that should get you going. If thats not enough put a small shot on her, that will also keep your gas mileage down. ill check out ls1sounds.
got in car today after work let it warm up,jumped in and drove down the street.checked guages and temp. was 240.i was like o ****!.stopped it got it cool asap.what i found wrong was the overflow was empty and when you shut the car off the radiator cap sucks air into the radiator.im picking up a new cap in the am but not sure where my h20 went from the overflow.i bled the system after refilling and it stayed cool all the way home.
i think im going to hookup the bottle and throw some gears in it(100 shot & 3:73's)
what do i do about the cars timing when im gonna juice it?

for a 100 shot you dont need to do anything to the timing. Just put some ngk tr6 plugs in and you will be fine. also you will benefit for from a stall than gears!! stall stall stall!!!
