New To The LS1 Tradition
Hey guys! I just graduated college and got myself a job and said.... HEY! I need a nice car now. Isn't that the next step? Well I always saw myself as an import guy and figured I'd end up with a turbo four banger somewhere down the road. Not to say that won't happen in the future given these crazy gas prices, but for now... I'm a V8 man.
Always wanted a GTO/Monaro before they even came to the US. Searched around Bloomington for one with low mileage and stick. I found one on Cars.com that was marked down and next thing I knew I was driving it off the lot.
Of all the cars I thought I would own I researched the hell out of them. The one car I ended up doing the least amount of research on is now the car I own.
HELP ME OUT GUYS!!! THANKS!!!

Hell yeah I got lots of questions...
The thing is I scored an awesome factory warranty PLUS an extended 5 year bumper to bumper on this baby so I can't do TOO much to it right now. I know I want to get that skip shift eliminator and the DiabloSport II, but other then that I'm not sure what else I can do. Sway bars? Springs? Not sure where I should start. haha If I had bought a VR-4 like I had always wanted, I'd know exactly where to start, but like I said... I know very little about the GTO except that I love the **** out of it.
Any points in the right direction would be awesome.

shouldn't have a problem throwing a nice mid-pipe/catback setup on it. Cold air usually sin't a prob either. Get some sweeet wheels with some lowering springs. should be good to go for a while i would say.
