Geez, not too many newbie's with your list of mods. Welcome to the board. What kind of times are you running? 475bhp? I thought they only used brake horsepower in magazines.

Thanks for the welcome. Yea, BHP, I guess that identifies me as "Old School" I am new to these forums and fairly new to the LS1 cars, but not to cars. Have been building cars and bikes since the late 60's. Still have my first new car- 70' Plymouth Road Runner, 440 Six Pack, 4.10 gears,
factory headers and Super Stock lite weight body panels- only 6,231 miles.
Went out one day to buy a Lincoln Town Car and saw the T/A.
Took it for a test drive and took it home. I have been building it quietly in my garage. Haven't run it too hard yet, so no numbers- motor is still fairly fresh after the build. Set it up for the road- Hope to go on the Hot Rod Power Tour next year.
The T/A will sit for awhile- trying to complete my sons new
NOS Altered Bike- 02' Kawasaki, Ninja- 340+ horses on gas.
It should run in the low to mid-eights.

Welcome to the site PeeDee! Sounds like you have quite a garage monster there.

Welcome as well. There are a few of us all over Atlanta. Sounds like an awesome ride, I hope I'll see it around town one day.

Nice to meet everyone- Interested in meeting and
talking with gearheads in the Metro area. I live just off Post Oak Tritt near the north end of Johnson's Ferry Rd. East Cobb. My car was set up
at GMMG ( just down the road), they have been a big help during the build up of the T/A. Interested in hearing about any club events, shows, possible road trips. Anyone ever run the Cheaha Ridge ove in Alabama?

Always happy to meet some more enthusiasts. I actually work at the discount tirejust off Johnson Ferry Rd, but way down at the other end. I live way down by tech though right at the north end of 75/85.

PeeDee,

Welcome aboard. You have received more responses on a test post than most posts get at all.....

Glad to have you along.
